Once you've chosen the flavour, shape and pack type, the question is how many kilos of candy do you actually need? The right amount of promotional candy depends on several factors, including the number of attendees, the type of packaging, the purpose and the length of the event. While it's difficult to determine an exact number, our tips will help you estimate the ideal amount to make your campaign successful and your customers happy.

1. Consider the number of participants: it is recommended to allow for approximately 200-300 grams of candy per person as a minimum.

2. The type of packaging plays a role. If the candies with promotional printing are individually wrapped, it is advisable to have a larger quantity so that each participant can taste more than one piece

3. Purpose and placement of the candies: think about where and how the candies will be distributed. Will they be at the reception, in the conference rooms, or directly in your promo packages? If they are freely available, people will often take a handful. This is where it's good to have a larger supply so you can keep replenishing them.

4. Length of the event: the length of the event is another important factor. Long events require continuous replenishment, so allow for more promotional candy.

5. It is better to have a few extra kilos than to risk running out of candy in the middle of the event. You can always use the excess candy on other occasions or give it to employees.
